About
Meet
Kimberly.
She didn't arrive here with all the answers. She arrived here the same way many of her clients do — having spent years being everything to everyone, and finally asking what any of it had to do with her.
Her Story
She learned early that
perfection was survival.
Growing up in an abusive household, Kimberly learned one of the most common and costly lessons a child can learn: that being perfect was the safest thing she could be. So she became very good at it. She worked hard, showed up fully, and built a life that looked, from the outside, like everything was in order.
What she didn't realize — not for a long time — was that the story she was living wasn't entirely hers. It was built from other people's expectations, other people's definitions of what mattered, and a deep, early belief that her own needs came last.
Twenty-five years of corporate marketing. A career built on delivering results and earning loyalty. And then one day, without warning, the floor gave out.
The Turning Point
When the life she'd built
fell apart, she finally got to ask:
whose life was it, anyway?
Being laid off after two decades of loyalty to one company was one of the most disorienting experiences of her life. No degree. A family to provide for. And a voice in her head — one she'd been running from for years — telling her she'd wasted it all and had nothing left to offer.
She went back to school. Finished her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Discovered coaching — not the kind that diagnoses what's wrong with you, but the kind that helps you understand what's already true about you and how to use it. She spent a year in immersive psychosynthesis life coach training, doing the deep personal work alongside her clinical studies.
Psychosynthesis asks you to look at all of yourself — not just the parts you're comfortable with. It asks you to understand that the patterns you developed, even the painful ones, were doing something for you. They were keeping you safe. They were helping you function. And when you finally understand that, you stop fighting those parts and start working with them.
For Kimberly, that meant tracing the perfectionism back to where it started. Understanding how growing up in survival mode had shaped the choices she made, the way she showed up in relationships, the way she had quietly put herself last for most of her life. It was hard, honest work. And on the other side of it, something shifted permanently.
She stopped being the person things happened to. She became the person making the decisions. From victim to the hero of her own life — not as a metaphor, but as a daily, practiced reality. Zohemia was built to offer that same shift to other women. Not a shortcut. Not a formula. The real work, done with someone who has actually done it herself.

The Full Idea
A single idea — that your life, all of it, is a work of art worth making deliberately. Turning all the colors of your life into a canvas that is unmistakably you.
What Kimberly Believes
The work is real.
Your past is not your problem
It's your material. The experiences that shaped you — including the hardest ones — are not things to overcome. They're things to understand and use. All of them served a purpose. The work is figuring out what.
The story you're living might not be yours
Most of us inherit stories about who we are and what we're allowed to want. Recognizing that — really seeing it — is often the most important thing that happens in this work.
You already have what you need
Coaching isn't about installing something new. It's about helping you access what's already there — the will, the clarity, the strength — that's been buried under everything else you've been carrying.
