Every session begins with a chakra assessment — reading where energy is open, where it's blocked, and what the body needs. From there, Kimberly uses a combination of Himalayan metal bowls, quartz crystal bowls, and other spiritual instruments to open, clear, and close each energy center.
Where needed, reiki is woven in to support deeper unblocking. The result is a system in flow — not forced, not pushed, but gently returned to its own natural alignment.
You leave feeling more like yourself than you have in a long time.
The Experience
What happens
in the room.
Kimberly comes to you. You don't have to drive anywhere, transition out of a session, or navigate back into the world before you're ready. The session happens in your space — your home, your comfort, your pace.
During the session you lie down, close your eyes, and receive. The bowls are played around and on the body, creating vibrations that move through tissue, bone, and nervous system. There's nothing you need to do. No experience required. Just the willingness to be still and let the sound do its work.
After the session, time is held for integration — to come back slowly, to notice what's shifted, and to ground before returning to your day.

Himalayan Metal Bowls
Hand-hammered metal bowls that produce rich, complex overtones. Placed on and around the body to move energy through the physical and energetic layers.
Frosted Crystal Bowls
Large quartz bowls with a pure, penetrating tone that resonates deeply through the body. Each bowl is tuned to a specific chakra frequency.
Clear Crystal Bowls
Lighter and more precise than frosted bowls, clear quartz bowls carry intention with clarity — ideal for targeted energetic work and fine-tuning alignment.

The InHarmony Practitioner Mat is a vibroacoustic experience unlike anything most people have encountered. You lie on the mat wearing high-fidelity headphones, and the sound you hear is also transmitted as physical vibration through the mat — calibrated precisely to the audio so that what you feel and what you hear are completely synchronized.
The sound selection is deeply personal and built together. Drawing on what surfaces in your chakra session — and on what you know about yourself — a frequency experience is curated specifically for you. Not a generic playlist, but a sonic experience that reflects where you actually are.
The result is a deeply restorative state — nervous system regulation, mental quiet, and a sense of being genuinely restored at a cellular level.
Kimberly comes to you. All sessions are offered in-home within the Tampa Bay area. Travel outside the Tampa Bay area is welcome — additional travel costs apply to all session types. Contact us to discuss.
