The Art of Being Whole:

An Elemental Journey Into Emergence

Women’s Retreat
Melbourne Beach, Florida
April 30-May 3, 2026

Silhouettes of two women on the beach during sunset, one appears to be playing guitar and the other is dancing or striking a pose, with a water body and distant mountains in the background.

Wholeness develops when you Learn to hold all of you are.

This retreat unfolds across four days and four elements — Earth, Air, Water, Fire — each one opening a different layer of experience. Not a sequence to complete, but a progression to move through.

Wholeness isn’t something you return to. It’s something you grow into.

You don’t need to be fixed. You need to be met. All of you — the grounded and the unsteady, the part that holds it together and the part that’s tired of holding it all. Integration isn’t about eliminating tension. It’s about learning to hold your complexity without apology.

Earth grounds you in body and belonging.
Air clears space for clarity and voice.
Water allows feeling without overwhelm.
Fire awakens vitality and will.

Through tea ceremonies, coaching, sound healing, creative work, ritual, and rest, we move not toward a new identity — but toward deeper integration.

You won’t leave as someone different.
You’ll leave more fully yourself.

That is emergence.
That is the art of being whole.

  • 1. A time of blossoming and becoming.
The Flower Moon marks the height of spring in the Northern Hemisphere — when the world is in full bloom. Spiritually, it represents coming into full expression, the moment when the seeds planted in the dark of winter finally reveal their color.
It’s a moon of growth, vitality, sensuality, and creative fruition — everything this retreat invites: movement, expression, embodiment, and emergence.

    2. Energy of clarity and illumination.
Because it’s one of the brightest moons of the year, it’s associated with illumination and truth — seeing what’s ready to flourish and what’s outgrown its purpose.

    3. Connection to the feminine principle of creation.
The Flower Moon celebrates life-force energy — the creative pulse of nature that lives in the body. It invites renewal, embodiment, and beauty as sacred acts. It’s also often tied to the sacral chakra (creativity, sensuality, emotional flow).

    4. A call to celebrate rather than strive.
Where other moons focus on shadow or introspection, the Flower Moon invites joyful expression and gratitude — a perfect tone for the final night of our retreat. It’s about dancing in your bloom, not striving for perfection.
